After some time working for recruitment firms, we realised we were more than targets and numbers and that we are people people.

So we decided to create a recruitment agency that was about connecting people, about offering a quality and personalised service.

And so we did. We founded Bolt Staffing Solutions. A friendly, fun recruitment team specialising in all sorts of roles across the UK.
